    To ensure the easiest possible authorisation of quotes and service agreements by Plan Managers and Self-Managed Participants, we have condensed our standard Price List into a shorter more manageable NDIS Price List. Click here to view our NDIS Price List (opens in a separate tab).

  • Self-Managed Plans

    Our standard payment terms and billing operations apply. When you set up your account we place your credit card details on file. The stored card will be automatically debited for each order once it is ready for delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We pass on the merchant fees at cost without mark up.
    Unfortunately, our drivers are unable to take any type of payment upon pick-up or delivery.
    You will receive a copy of the bill for each individual service upon delivery, as well as via email. Invoices and order histories can also be viewed on The Shirt Butler App.
    Requirements: An authorised quote/service agreement between us and you is required. This clearly spells out our services, prices and obligations. It is also necessary for us to be able to provide GST exempt services.

  • Plans Managed Directly By The NDIS

    Unfortunately, we are not yet a Registered NDIS Provider (coming soon!). Until then we are unable to provide services and claim payment directly from the NDIS. If you are still keen to use our service, please view the Self-Managed / NDIS Managed Combination option below.

  • Self-Managed / NDIS Managed Combination Plans

    You may choose to self-manage the Linen Service part of your plan, withy the remainder managed by the NDIS. In this case our standard payment terms and billing operations apply.
